The TharpeRobbins Company is the industry-leading provider of recognition and reward solutions to business partners (clients). The following points outline The TharpeRobbins Company's privacy policy as it applies to our clients, award participants, and the programs in which they are participating:

     •  The TharpeRobbins Company does not sell client or client employee/partner demographic         data (e.g. mailing addresses) to third parties for any purpose.

     •  The TharpeRobbins Company does not share client or client employee/partner         demographic data with third parties for any purpose other than the direct fulfillment of the         client's Recognition and Reward programs, unless required by federal or statutory law.         When data is shared with third parties for the purpose of program fulfillment, that data is         provided strictly on a need-to-know basis. For example, "Ship To" addresses will be         provided to a shipment carrier such as Federal Express TM for the sole purpose of         physical delivery of the award order.

     •  Access to participant data by The TharpeRobbins Company personnel is for the sole         purpose of client program administration and is restricted to authorized personnel.

     •  As TharpeRobbins provides recognition and reward administration services to our clients,         The TharpeRobbins Company will provide our clients with information about award orders          and related activity for the purpose of program utilization auditing, quality control, and         billing as applicable. If surveys are a part of your program, responses are kept anonymous         unless otherwise clearly indicated within the instructions.
